Teachers union have applauded the Zimbabwe Schools Examination Council ZIMSEC’s decision to push forward the November deadline for examination fees payment.
Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe leader Obert Masaraure applauded ZIMSEC for the decision and called for the council to also give the candidates more time to prepare.
Progressive Teachers Union of Zimbabwe Secretary General Raymond Majongwe had this to say.
The Zimbabwe Teachers Association President Sifiso Ndlovu said the decision to extend will ensure that all candidates register for the examinations.
