A banking institution in the Great Dyke says is important for corporate citizens to extend a helping hand to frontline workers that are fighting the covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking at the Zvishavane District Hospital where FBC Bank made a Personal Protective Equipment Donation, the bank’s Zvishavane Branch Manager Shepherd Sayi said the financial institution will also hand over a similar donation to the Mberengwa Hospital this week.

Sayi indicated some of the donated items are expected to assist those on the frontline of the fight against covid-19.

Meanwhile, stakeholders in the Great Dyke have commended FBC bank for its key and timely PPE donation which they say goes a long way in helping the frontline workers to remain safe while dealing with a pandemic that has claimed more than 200 lives in the country.
